Ma’am Simbulan is a motherly professor. She always has this positive aura that lightens the atmosphere during our classes. She is devoted to her job as an educator, but she always makes it a point to reach to us, her students, cracking jokes sometimes, laughing with us, and helping us in any way she can.
As our adviser, she offers help, and most of the times, more than what we asked. She never forgot the org, promoting JC events during her classes, and is always available for consultations for organizational matters. I remember her saying to our class, “Kaya sumali kayo ng JC ha.”
Ma’am Simbulan had always been so nice. I will never forget how she always reminded us to become responsible journalists when we enter the industry. Memories and moments with her will forever be in our hearts.
